Bayleys Property Management Dunedin
Bayleys Property Management Dunedin has a well-defined focus: only rental properties and only in Dunedin, Mosgiel and surrounds. The result is a superior service for both our property owners and our tenants.
Our Property Managers
Our Property Managers are good people, who genuinely care about their tenants, properties and owners. Otago is small place, where reputations are earned. You do a good job and people appreciate it.
Both owners and tenants, alike, also appreciate dealing with a single Property Manager, so that’s how we work.

Shelley joined the team as an Assistant Property Manager and has since gained experience across all areas of the business. This has enabled her to confidently provide support in both administration and finance, as well as holiday cover for our property managers when needed.
Since early February, Shelley has been managing a small portfolio of properties while also completing a number of professional development courses to continue building her skills. Prior to this role, Shelley managed several Airbnb properties and ran her own cleaning business. That experience has given her a strong eye for detail, which she brings to every aspect of property management from inspections to client service.
Shelley is a proud member of the team and committed to upholding the high standards our clients have come to expect.

It’s been more than 30 years since Tom began his property management career, as a self-employed manager. For a period, he worked in the fishing industry, where he implemented health and safety processes and procedures. He returned to property management in 2013, when he joined Metro Property Management.
Tom thrives on the variety of the job and the commercial necessity to deliver quality service to property owners. He has been both a landlord and a tenant over his lifetime, so appreciates the balancing act required of a property manager.
Within the company, Tom is the “go to” person for dealing with the intricacies of property and tenancy legislation.
