Dun Barra House & Apartments, previously Kiwi Nest Backpackers, is located in the heart of central Dunedin at 597 George Street. Perfectly positioned on the flat, we are within two blocks of the main University of Otago area and only a short walk to George Street amenities, shops, cafés, supermarkets, the hospital and central city services.

We offer short- and long-term accommodation on a room-by-room basis. Dun Barra House and Apartments is home to a wonderful group of quiet tenants, including postgraduate students and people who work full time, making it a convenient and settled place to live.

Room 9 has become available: This is a bright, sunny room with lots of windows and plenty of morning and midday sun. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror and rubbish bin. WIFI internet and electricity are included in the rent. Shared kitchens, showers, toilets and laundry facilities are located close by for convenient access.

Carparks: Two carparks are also available onsite by separate arrangement. Carparks are available at $35.00 per carpark, per week, including GST. Please enquire if you are interested in securing a carpark with your room, or if you are wanting to lease a carpark only.
